Rolling Pin

Traditionally shaped with an 18-inch-long cylindrical design, the 18″ rolling pin flattens and shapes dough. Intended to provide a comfortable, firm grip, the pin has contoured handles. It’s made of aluminum—a strong metal with a natural, non-stick release that prevents dough from sticking, as it often does to wood alternatives. While this material is durable, it isn’t safe in the dishwasher. For best results, wash the rolling pin by hand with a mild detergent, warm water, and a non-abrasive sponge. To prevent limescale from forming, completely dry the pin immediately after washing.
